Conclusion

In conclusion, while Walmart is not out of business yet, they are at risk. The company needs to update both its inventory management and its employees handling that management so they can continue to compete in modern times. 

Walmart needs to change its strategy because of Amazon and its unbeatable success. As time has gone on, brick and mortar stores are becoming a thing of the past. When Walmart introduced grocery items in 2005, it gave them a competitive edge over Amazon. But Amazon purchased Whole Foods in 2017, which also made them an online grocer as well. If Walmart doesn't change it will become the next casualty of Amazon and the e-commerce industry. 

If Walmart does not change its business strategy, it will lose its customers due to being unorganized. Once they lose customers, they will lose money, and end up owing their vendors. Their stock price will end up dropping and they will go out of business.
